These IC20’s are getting hard to locate on the secondary market, and new units are crowding the extremely expensive.  So, we are doing Class “A” overhauls on all this unit.

Remanufactured Kubota Diesel, from an authorized Kubota rebuilder, with new injectors, injection pump, glow plugs, water pump etc. in addition to the basic engine.

All hydraulic hoses have been replaced

All hydraulic cylinders are rebuilt including the steering cylinders

4 new tires and tubes

Stripped, examined for structural flaws, and refinished in 2 part Poly-Urethane baked at 170 deg.

All boom wear pads replaced

New cable

Rewired as necessary

All fluids and filters serviced

New anti-two block reel
